Meet Vincent

Vincent came to Her Justice in July 2017 as an Extern from Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.  In his five months working daily on family and matrimonial matters, while being closely mentored by Her Justice attorney Gabriella Richman, Associate Director, Legal Services and Diane Feniello, Senior Staff Attorney, Vincent was able to move along many long-standing cases, handle a number of adversaries with professionalism and sensitivity and gain much practice litigating in court.

Besides engaging in extensive discovery practice, such as uncovering financial documents, Vincent also filed emergency motions, including one seeking compensation post-divorce for a father’s failure to pay child support. He also demanded that the father vacate the marital residence.  As a result, Vincent was able to obtain compensation for the mother in the amount of $130,000.00 and a sheriff’s order of eviction, meaning the father had to leave the residence in 30 days or the sheriff would remove him.  An amazing victory for his client!  Vincent also negotiated and favorably settled by written agreement a hotly contested custody and visitation case.

“It has truly been an honor to have been able to work with you all over the last five months.  I want to thank you all for being amazing colleagues, cheerleaders, mentors and friends.  This is a really amazing place to work and the work that you all do is so empowering and important – you have all really been an inspiration.  I want to specifically thank Diane and Gabriella for their patience with me and their willingness to teach.  You both made yourselves available to me 24/7 and I would not have been able to do this without your relentless hard work and dedication – for that I am eternally grateful.  You have both helped to make me not only a better lawyer, but, more importantly, a better person. I look forward to continuing to work on cases referred by Her Justice and staying in touch with each of you!”  Vincent Iannece, Her Justice Extern
