As the Salesforce Administrator at Her Justice, Antonella (she/her) owns the Salesforce instance for legal casework tracking, collaborating with legal staff to document, define, design, prioritize, and implement new functionalities, enhancements, and automations. She also provides training and support to staff for existing and new functionalities and owns data integrity and hygiene improvement efforts as well as providing data analytics for required reports and internal data assessments. Through these functions, Antonella supports legal staff in day-to-day casework tracking and supports data-driven big-picture decision-making as well as helping fulfill reporting commitments for a variety of grants.
Prior to working at Her Justice, Antonella provided Salesforce and technical expertise at other nonprofits including the International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP) and Kesem National.
Antonella is a Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in public administration from Florida International University.
