As the Senior Pro Bono Coordinator, Kelly (she/her) coordinates CLE trainings and clinics, assists with pro bono case management, case placements, and maintains database records to support tracking of cases and volunteers. She also supports Her Justice’s partnerships by serving as a liaison between partner law firms and staff attorneys.
Kelly actively manages incoming requests from firm partners regarding their specific pro bono interests, collaborating with multiple teams in order to make sure each case gets matched with clients.
By anchoring these critical external partnerships and providing high-touch support to legal volunteers, Kelly strengthens the community network that allows Her Justice to deliver high-quality, accessible legal representation to women and gender-diverse individuals across New York City.
Before joining Her Justice, she worked as an immigration paralegal primarily focused on removal defense, and as a legal assistant in criminal defense and personal injury law. She also completed internships at two nonprofit organizations, which further strengthened her commitment to legal advocacy and public service.
She earned a BA in Spanish Language and Literature from Stony Brook University.
