Immigration Services
Intake is currently closed. When it reopens, and for Her Justice to consider your immigration case, you can receive a referral in two ways:
1
Contact your local Family Justice Center.
Family Justice Centers are available in all five boroughs, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
2
Contact a Her Justice Community Partner.
We work with nonprofits, local representatives, and community organizations across the five boroughs.
Intake is closed
Divorce, Family, & Coerced Debt Services
Intake is currently closed. When intake reopens, we will be accepting cases for uncontested divorces only. This means there are no disagreements between you and your spouse regarding financial or divorce-related matters such as custody, child support, and/or division of property.
For Her Justice to consider an uncontested divorce case, the case must meet these 2 requirements:
1
Divorce has not been started by either spouse.
2
There is a valid home or work address within the US where your spouse can be served with the divorce papers.
Please note that Her Justice cannot provide:
Emergency legal assistance

Walk-in appointments
Please make an appointment before visiting our office.
Assistance to everyone who applies for our services
We make every effort to match potential clients with a lawyer, but we are not able to assist everyone who seeks our services.
If Her Justice cannot take your case, we want to point you in the right direction. If we cannot match you with a lawyer, our staff will provide options for other organizations that may be able to help you.
You can explore our resource guides here.
