As Director of Campaigns and Events at Her Justice, Jillian (she/her) leads many of the organization’s most important fundraising initiatives and helps shape the experiences, partnerships, and traditions that define the Her Justice community. Her journey began nearly two decades ago as a Development Intern, and in the years since, she has grown alongside the organization itself—advancing through increasingly senior leadership roles while helping build the fundraising infrastructure that sustains and strengthens its mission today.

Over the course of her tenure, Jillian has overseen and elevated some of Her Justice’s most celebrated events and campaigns, including the Annual Benefit, Commitment to Justice, Story by Story, and The Red Party. She also played an instrumental role in launching Shift The Power, the organization’s signature year-end campaign developed in partnership with the Junior Advisory Board and serves as a trusted leader within the organization’s Corporate Partner program. Through these efforts, Jillian has helped expand the organization’s fundraising capacity, deepen engagement across New York’s legal and philanthropic communities, and secure the resources that make access to justice possible for thousands of women and families.

Known affectionately throughout the office as the “Encyclopedia of Her Justice,” Jillian possesses a remarkable institutional memory and an unparalleled understanding of the organization’s history, relationships, and evolution. Her colleagues often turn to her not only for answers, but for context, perspective, and the stories that connect Her Justice’s past to its future.

Jillian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Gender Studies from Wagner College.
