As the IT Manager, Kathryn (she/her) manages the day-to-day operations of Her Justice’s technology systems and technical support, with responsibility for ensuring that staff have reliable, secure, and effective technology to perform their work. Her role includes maintaining the organization’s technology infrastructure, supporting staff with technical needs, coordinating technology projects and vendors, and helping ensure that IT systems and processes are clearly documented and consistently implemented across the organization.
A key component of Kathryn’s role is maintaining data security and client confidentiality across Her Justice’s technology platforms. She works to identify and address technology needs, strengthen systems and workflows, and support tools that enable Her Justice’s hybrid workforce to remain connected and productive. This work requires balancing immediate technical support needs with longer-term planning, security, and organizational priorities.
Kathryn brings over 20 years of professional experience in the technology sector and holds several industry-standard certifications in systems, networking, and security. She also participates in professional development opportunities, including industry events focused on cybersecurity, to remain informed about evolving technology and security practices relevant to Her Justice’s work.
