Towards Justice for Parents in Child Support Courts: Project Data

 

In 2017, the Her Justice Policy team embarked on a 2-year court-watching project, in consultation with the Fund for Modern Courts, in which 89 trained volunteers observed 797 child support case appearances in the New York City Family Courts.
